Culinary Experiences with our Chef

Our culinary experiences are designed for those who are not satisfied simply tasting the gastronomic delicacies of the region, for those who yearn to dig deeper. During a master class with a professional chef from our renowned Li Galli Restaurant, you will not only learn how to prepare, cook and plate traditional dishes, but you will also delve into the cultural heritage and origins of Campanian cooking traditions.

Every hands-on workshop will be customized to suit each particular guests’ desires as well as their capabilities in the kitchen. Perhaps you want to find out how to recreate the culinary magic you enjoyed in the luxury Li Galli Restaurant just a few nights’ prior? Maybe you are a kitchen newcomer who wants to be schooled in the art of ravioli? Or maybe you need some professional assistance in order to get your Neapolitan meatballs to the next level? Whatever your culinary ambition is, just let us know. All our cooking classes last for two hours and require a minimum of two participants. The food you cook (typically two courses) can be eaten after the class.

Our culinary experiences aren’t just restricted to the kitchen either. For anyone who appreciates the art of a well-mixed drink, we can also arrange cocktail classes with our resident bartender.
During our cocktail classes, our skilled mixologist will show you how to whip up a magnificent cocktail.
